Overview

Leancubator is a major player in the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, supporting startups, large companies, and institutions as they design, launch, and scale innovative projects. To strengthen the brand image of Leancubator, its acceleration programs, and supported projects, we are looking for a Graphic Designer. Reporting to the Marketing & Communication team, you will protect visual consistency and create strong print and digital assets.

What you will do

  • Digital asset creation: design strong visuals for social media, web banners, newsletters, and sponsored campaign assets.
  • Branding & visual identity: contribute to the creation and evolution of graphic charters for Leancubator and its programs.
  • Corporate & event materials: create pitch decks, activity reports, brochures, banners, roll-ups, and event merchandising.
  • Content & media creation: propose visual concepts, create illustrations and infographics, and adapt visual edits to current trends.
  • Collaboration & motion design: work closely with content, marketing, and event teams to turn strategic ideas into attractive creative deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a communications agency, startup, incubator, or tech/innovation environment.
  • Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong command of Figma or Canva for fast, reusable digital content creation.
  • Solid skills in typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition.
  • Motion design with After Effects or Premiere Pro, or advanced photo retouching, is a strong plus.
  • A portfolio is required, showing varied work across branding, digital visuals, and corporate presentation materials.
  • Creativity, responsiveness, autonomy, respect for deadlines, and sensitivity to modern tech/startup visual trends.
  • Fluency in French and Arabic. Good English is appreciated.
